CHALLENGE

Lekta, a startup specializing in NLP-based solutions, sought to revolutionize debt collection by transitioning from semi-automatic voice bots to a fully automated SaaS platform. This platform aimed to reduce call center costs by 30-50%.

Insurance companies, banks, and telecoms manage numerous customers with outstanding payments, requiring consultants to make approximately 100 repetitive calls daily while manually documenting each interaction. This manual debt collection process was not only time-consuming but created considerable employee turnover due to high stress levels and monotonous work. These conditions resulted in substantial recruitment and training costs for companies.
